Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Construction - Foreman. This position is located in Cambridge, OH and will report to the Superintendent - Construction.
This position is responsible for the initial construction of new facilities per the drilling programs and maintenance of multi-well production facilities for high condensate yield/high gas volume wells.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and timelines
• Maintain appropriate workforce planning aligned with workloads • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget constraints • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards
- Promote and enforce safety best practices on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions • Identify potential issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep project on track
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving on-site conflicts or concerns
- Oversee the procurement and availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and report any shortages
- Potential to be on-call after posted working hours, over weekends and holidays as projects dictate

• Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of intended project designs • Ability to collaborate and communicate with engineers and office staffEducation & Work Experience Required
Minimum Requirements:
• Engineering-related degree • 5+ years of oilfield construction experience required • Experience effectively sourcing materials and managing construction crews • Proven knowledge and experience in ASME B31.3 piping installations including quality/NDE requirements, and welding proceduresPhysical Requirements
