Coterra is hiring a Fleet Asset Management Administrator JOB SUMMARY
As a Fleet Asset Management Administrator at Coterra you will be highly organized and detail-oriented, supporting the administrative processes related to company vehicle and materials management. In this role you will be responsible for handling accounting and invoice coordination, vehicle title transfers, processing fuel card requests, managing toll road invoices, and maintaining accurate records for vehicle purchases, transfers, and disposals. You will have experience in fleet administration, procurement processes, and data management while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, cost controls, fleet management, procurement, or logistics.
