Finisher/Laborer

Our team is looking for a finisher/laborer for our fabrication shop to support a robust and growing company. We encourage people that are interested in a career within welding, press break operations, CNC machining, CNC milling, quality control and paint to apply as we frequently promote talented workers within the company.

The ideal candidate will be able handle physical demanding work while being attentive to details. The tasks in the fabrication shop are varied and gives the candidate opportunity to become a part of an already experienced team as the company invests in growth.

The position demands an enthusiastic and self driven candidate with a track record for taking initiative. The company will rely on this person to provide independent, accurate, and efficient work.

A harmonious approach to collaboration is required to maintain the company's current culture of positivity and teamwork.

Ultimately, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the equipment, process a high volume of pieces per shift, and collaborate with other departments to ensure that deadlines are met for order completion.
