Overview
We are a Water Well Drilling company seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Duties
•
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
•
Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
•
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
•
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
•
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
•
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Experience
•
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
•
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
•
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•
A valid driver’s license is a must. A class 3 or heavy haul endorsement ticket is preferred or willingness to obtain immediately
•
must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test with little notice
•
must be willing to work remotely when required ( alot of our work is out of town meals and lodging will be provided when out of town
•
must speak fluent english
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
