Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for laborer team members at our Red Deer County (Blindman) location!

The successful candidate will be working in the yard and shop, assisting with maintaining the yard, cutting down end of life plastics for recycling using a reciprocating saw and other hand tools. They will also assist in pallet jacking, loading and unloading freight.

The shift is Monday-Thursday, 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and every 2nd Friday.

The job duties will vary, sometimes even day-to-day. They include running plastic shredder equipment, cutting and breaking down industrial bulk containers, loading and unloading materials; using different tools and machines, such as driving forklifts; and manning power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
