Responsible for maintaining SAP and other financial software systems within the Finance Division by analyzing business needs, configuring SAP modules to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support to end users. Provides business process support including monitoring system health, user needs, system role assignments, and security permissions. Serves as a subject matter expert for upgrades and re-implementations. Understands business processes and translates them into functional specifications for SAP configuration. Assists with the configuration of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to align with business needs, including customizing fields, workflows, and reports. Develops test plans and executes testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Provides training to end users on how to use SAP FI and CO modules effectively. Resolves user issues for financial software, troubleshoots system errors, and provides ongoing technical support. Identifies opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP capabilities. Partners with IT and Finance Division members to define and support functional and/or architectural reporting requirements. Works with the Controller and IT to develop and maintain a role security matrix that adheres to the principles of Separation of Duties. Maintains and reviews Security Weaver within SAP for temporary access and internal control. Administers Finance Division software by serving as the primary point of contact with external support, maintaining security permissions and roles, and providing project management support for system enhancements and upgrades. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; five or more years of technical and functional experience in SAP FI and CO modules; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. SAP FI Certification is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have safe work and driving habits.
