Financial Analyst

Our small/older client in North Dallas is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their close-knit and entrepreneurial team. This organization keeps a flexible environment for entrepreneurial self motivated individuals and invests in continuous improvement. This role will play a significant role in helping to steer the organization financially.

Duties and other considerations...

- Help build and maintain detailed cash flow models to support strategic initiatives

- Create and publish regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on investment performance

- Support investment evaluations using due diligence and valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions

- Monitor commodity pricing to recommend hedging strategies

- Analyze financial performance and trends; prepare periodic financial reports and variance analyses

- Support Treasury in managing short-term liquidity through daily cash positioning and forecasting

- Reconcile treasury transactions and support internal and external audit requests

- Help review and choose automation tools and create dashboards

- Must have excellent financial modeling skills

- Remedies available to allow the right candidate to earn their 2025 bonus or to replace it

- Oil & Gas, Data Center, or other High Tech experience preferred
