Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and process improvements, with a strong focus on manufacturing and project-based cost controls. This role is critical in providing the strategic financial insight needed to support decision-making and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Monitor project/job costing and manufacturing variances to ensure profitability and cost control.

- Partner with operations and production teams to analyze and improve financial outcomes on custom signage projects.

- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and pricing strategies.

- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Manage external audits and banking relationships.

- Support ERP and accounting software integration, enhancements, and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or project-based environment.

- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and job costing.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive financial performance in a collaborative team environment.
