Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator / Specialist to manage accounts payable, data entry, payroll and record maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Experience:5+ years of experience in payroll administration, finance, or data entry roles; prior experience with grants or stock purchase programs is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and financial recordkeeping. Familiarity with ESPP or employee benefit programs is beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex), and financial systems. Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) a plus.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage large volumes of data with high accuracy and precision.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and other departments.
Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
