About Us:
We're a growing company in the IT and marketing space, focused on building smart, sustainable systems that scale. Our team is small but mighty, and we're looking for someone who thrives in an environment where processes are evolving, autonomy is valued, and the impact is real. This role will help lay the financial foundation for our next stage of growth.
About the Role:
We're looking for a self-driven Finance & Accounting Manager who is confident handling the day-to-day numbers while also supporting high-level financial visibility and system improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning processes end-to-end, is comfortable with hands-on work, and has experience with or enthusiasm for ERP transitions.
Responsibilities:
•Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing vendor invoices, issuing payments, and handling employee expense reimbursements.
•Track and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.
•Partner with external accountants and tax professionals to support financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
•Maintain organized financial records, including budgets, operational expenses, and documentation needed for reporting and decision-making.
•Support budget planning and financial forecasting to help inform business decisions and ensure fiscal health.
•Collaborate with clients on accounting processes, offering guidance and support during financial system transitions or implementations.
What We're Looking For:
•You're self-driven and proactive — you take ownership of your work and don't wait to be told what needs to be done.
•You're comfortable managing day-to-day accounting tasks, but also enjoy stepping back to understand the full financial picture.
•You've been involved in an ERP implementation or systems transition and understand how to balance the details with the bigger picture.
•You like finding smarter, more efficient ways to work and are comfortable helping a business evolve its financial systems.
•You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in environments where structure is being built and improved.
•You communicate clearly and can work well with both internal teams, external partners, and clients.
Nice to Have:
•Experience with Quickbooks, AccountingSeed, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM
•Familiarity with small business operations or startup environments
•Prior experience in both accounting and finance roles
