The

Field Technician, Warda Midstream

is responsible for operational, mechanical and instrument/electrical functions; such as inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of equipment to ensure safe and reli able operations. This work includes such activities as supervising/directing field crews, maintaining pipelines in compliance with contracts, regulations, and safety considerations, coordinating with on-site contractors, and ensuring cost effective and safe operations.

The Field Technician will be based out of the Warda, TX office (about 40 miles west of Brenham).

Responsibilities May Include

Required Qualifications

+ Lift up to 50 pounds + Occasionally exert pulling force of 130 pounds + Regularly stoop, squat, kneel, and crouch for durations up to 30 minutes + Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays + Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines + Work inside gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity + Work in loud environment + Periodically pull/push doors open to move around the gas plant + Occasionally climb A-frame ladders

The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
