Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our Field Operations team. This is an active, outdoor role where you’ll be directly involved in building some of the best residential and commercial fencing projects in the area. If you take pride in working hard, learning new skills, and want a real pathway to leadership and advancement — this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist with daily fence installation and project preparation

What We’re Looking For: • Strong work ethic and reliability • Willingness to learn and take direction • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Valid driver’s license (or reliable transportation to job sites) • Construction, landscaping, or similar field experience is a plus — but not required • Desire to grow within the company (we promote from within)

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
