The Field Support Technician is a versatile, entry-level role responsible for assisting with non-CDL deliveries of oilfield chemicals, light field support, and general warehouse duties. This position supports daily operations by safely transporting materials, preparing orders, assisting field technicians as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The role is ideal for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and willing to learn multiple aspects of field and warehouse operations.
· Assist with non-CDL deliveries of oilfield chemicals to customer locations.
· Help prepare, load, unload, and organize chemical containers and materials.
· Provide warehouse support, including stocking, staging shipments, counting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
· Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks, drum dollies, and forklifts (training provided).
· Complete simple delivery paperwork, logs, and inventory forms accurately.
· Assist field personnel with basic tasks such as setting up hoses, preparing equipment, or monitoring small pumps (no hazardous pumping or treating duties).
· Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
· Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily operational needs.
· Valid standard driver's license with acceptable driving record.
· Prior warehouse, labor, or delivery experience preferred but not required.
· Forklift experience a plus; certification can be provided.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 75–100 lbs. and safely use drum-handling equipment.
· Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

- Work performed both indoors and outdoors, including occasional driving to customer locations.

- Must be able to lift up to 75–100 lbs. with proper technique and assistive equipment.
