This is an on-site, full-time role for a Regional Field Service Manager located in Sterling, VA. The Regional Field Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the field service team, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising visits to client sites. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and timeliness of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency services. The role involves comprehensive management of uninterruptible power systems, maintaining compliance with environmental regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in managing field service teams and coordinating field visits
- Technical expertise in critical power systems, including UPS, PDU, generators, and compliance equipment
