The Field Service Coordinator will coordinate and supervise activities of service and/or technical personnel by assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support. They will be responsible for a single or multiple products/services in a single legal entity. This position typically does not have budgetary responsibility. Will monitor daily progress of job(s) and/or project(s) and interacts direcly with customer representatives. Will work independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Handles special projects as assigned.
- Troubleshoots wells
- Communication of lab tests between office and the well site
- Enhances customer relations in the field
- Helps to prepare post well analysis
- Helps with delivery ticket signatures
- Responsible for communicating any abnormal fluid or drilling issues with Field Service Tech and/or Tech Manager
- Assist Tech Manager and Field Service Manager with fluids service tech scheduling
- Maintain all company equipment in highest repair
- Attached Safety/Engineering meetings held by the company and/or operator
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- 8 years experience in a field operations environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both informal settings and formal presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization as well as vendors, other professionals, customers, and industry professionals in a professional and dignified manner

- Should have exposure with standard and complete drilling fluids analysis on field samples, both water and oil base mud with different mud systems
