Field Support Technician – P-Grid Hybrid Generator SME

Select Energy is looking for a Field Support Technician & Product SME to lead U.S. technical operations for our flagship innovation, the P-Grid Hybrid Generator.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of clean energy, innovation, and field deployment. If you’re experienced in electrical systems and want to play a key role in transforming how industrial sites power up we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, test, tune, and deploy P-Grid units across U.S. field sites

- Calibrate and integrate electrical components for site-specific needs

- Train clients and partners on operation and maintenance

- Lead product demos and Q&A sessions

- Maintain inventory, perform diagnostics, and implement improvements

- Use remote monitoring systems to optimize performance

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical systems or hybrid energy platforms

- Expertise in electrical distribution, power conversion, batteries, and inverters

- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills

- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in the field

- Willingness to travel domestically (25–35%)

Bonus if you have:

- Experience with mobile power systems or rental infrastructure

- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training

- CDL or ability to transport equipment
