About the Role

Torus systems are constantly communicating, sending real-time information from the field to our monitoring team. As a Field Technician in the Rapid Response Unit (RUU), you respond to real-time alerts and perform proactive maintenance. You ensure that our systems operate safely, reliably, and to their performance goals. Working closely with Torus Overwatch Command (TOC), you’ll resolve issues quickly - Valuing Speed & Quality Equally - documenting site conditions, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality, white glove customer experience.

Background Check All candidates are subject to a background check.

Location + Travel This position is based in Utah. The nature of the position requires the team member to work at customer locations. Occasional work and training will be required at the South Salt Lake warehouse (air-conditioned).

Schedule Full-Time, Hourly

Compensation $20 - $22/hour (Note: Compensation is commensurate with experience and the level of technical and coordination responsibilities required for the role.)
