We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team at Hart Oilfield Rentals Ltd. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oilfield rental market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize profitability.

•

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies.

•

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

•

Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the oilfield or related industry.

•

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract closures.

•

Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.

•

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

•

Demonstrated business development skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.

•

Ability to pass industry drug, alcohol and fit testing.

•

Reasonable class 5 abstract.
