Field Sales Representative - East Texas

Key position functions include:

- Support the sales objectives, through understanding clients' ongoing operations and requirements for service support, product change, and or drill time ‘enhancement’

- Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by ensuring the team delivers consistent customer service.

- Promote safe working practices in shop and field environments

- Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, via understanding at the site level the client’s requirements.

- Communicate customer needs to internal departments such as Inside Sales, Service, Engineering, and management

- Maintain professional and technical knowledge

- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

- Support other organizational departments in troubleshooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments are actively engaged in supporting solutions

- Report all activities and non-conformances via company sales reporting database and quality systems.

- Assist in the training and development of employees

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

- Minimum 5 years related industry experience

- Minimum 3 years related experience in wellhead products and associated services

- Experience in frac operations in lieu of wellhead experience

- Computer literate- proficiency with Microsoft applications

- Highly self-motivated, team player
