Facilities Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Job Description

Schaeffer Manufacturing is looking for a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor for it's St. Louis plant and office buildings.

The Facilities Manager will manage the maintenance staff, maintain and oversee the plant and office buildings, equipment and grounds to ensure that the workspace is functional and safe. Responsibilities include basic repairs, negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet cleanliness standards and safety regulations, and coordinating renovations and updates. This role will report to VP Production.

7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday
