Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert-Level Electrician with strong project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex electrical projects, overseeing crews, and ensuring top-tier quality and safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and industrial projects throughout the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute large-scale electrical projects from start to finish.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Supervise and mentor electrical crews, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

- Interpret and implement blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.

- Perform high and low voltage electrical work efficiently.

- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.

- Ensure workplace safety and enforce OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.

- Leadership: Proven experience leading crews and managing projects.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of high and low voltage systems, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting methods.

- Certifications:

- Certified General Electrician (Required)

- C-10 Electrical Contractor License (Preferred)

- OSHA 10 Certification (Required)

- CPR/AED Certification (Required)

- Education: Electrical Certification from an accredited training center or equivalent experience.

- Additional Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
