Experienced Solar Sales Consultant (CA market only - Appointments Provided)

Job Summary:

As a full-time Remote Solar Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in helping families in California reduce their energy costs and protect themselves from power outages by transitioning to solar energy and home battery storage.

We’re seeking experienced solar professionals who have a proven track record of selling solar with storage in California, specifically through virtual consultations over phone or Zoom.

Qualified appointments are provided—your focus will be on closing deals and delivering exceptional value to homeowners. Our in-house Project Management team will make sure your deals get to installs quickly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

✅ Attend multiple virtual appointments daily (6 days/week) provided by the company.

✅ Sell top-tier solar + battery systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, Franklin, Q.Home).

✅ Collaborate with our in-house design team to craft winning proposals.

✅ Generate referrals by from installed customers and engaging their neighbors.

✅ Log all activity in our CRM and dispo appointments promptly.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

✅ Virtual solar sales experience in CA market (required).

✅ Valid HIS license (California).

✅ Available 6 days/week, from early morning to late evening.

✅ Strong follow-up skills (calls, texts, emails).

✅ Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle no-shows/cancellations.

✅ Interest in mentoring others as you grow.

✅ Operate with integrity and professionalism.

Job Location: This is a remote job but you must have experience selling in California market (ideally PG&E and SCE utilities).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
