JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Experienced Building Maintenance Technician

1. Basic Repairs: Making minor repairs and adjustments to equipment, including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

2. Preventative Maintenance: Inspecting equipment and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to ensure they are functioning correctly and identifying potential issues.

3. Routine Maintenance: Performing tasks such as changing lightbulbs, filters, and cleaning equipment.

4. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving basic issues with building systems and equipment.

5. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed and any issues encountered.
