Construction Technician

Residential remodeler looking to add a construction tech to join our growing team. Part time position that will evolve to full time once fully trained.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation, Drivers license & insurance, Smart phone, Fluent in English, Ability to clearly communicate and take direction, have a clean appearance.

Posses basic knowledge of tools and light experience in any handyman/field trades.

Schedule: 2-3 days a week on average to start

Type of work:

Remodeling, carpentry, flooring, drywall, maintenance/cleaning, painting, deck builds, coating, tiles, power washing, door locks, and more.

Typical work environment:

Rain, snow, thunder or shine. Indoors and outdoors. Several different jobsites each week.

Location: Must reside within 30 minutes of Ohare airport.

Compensation: Pay for performance. Paid per task. $19-$35 an hour average.
