Exhibition Assistant

Overview

We are seeking 2 dedicated assistants to join our team for the 2025 Carbon Capture Technology Expo in Houston, Texas, which runs from June 25-26.

Responsibilities

-Engaging and providing information to exhibition visitors

-Answering visitor questions and provide a mini guided tour

-Recording contact information of potential clients

-Distribution of promotional materials including flyers and business cards

-Manage front desk and maintaining cleanliness of exhibit booth

-Booth maintenance (making sure banners & signs displayed correctly, tv equipment working, etc.)

-Participate in 1-hour training session

Qualifications

- Experience as an expo assistant or in a similar role

-Some knowledge in carbon capture or environmental sciences preferred (optional)

-Preferred education background in Science or Marketing (optional)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $12.00 per hour
