Executive & Operations Associate
Hands-on. Fast-paced.
Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a business that values initiative, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude?
We’re a small, respected company specializing in restoration. Our projects are one-of-a-kind—and our team is passionate about craftsmanship and quality. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Executive & Operations Associate to support our team and help keep the business running smoothly as we grow.
This is not a back-office-only job. You’ll be directly involved in operations, logistics, scheduling, and client coordination/sales—and you’ll be exposed to every part of how a specialized business is run.
What You’ll Do
•Support the management with daily coordination, communication, and follow-ups
•Help manage schedules, proposals, job folders, and project timelines
•Use tech tools like Google Workspace, Dropbox, spreadsheets, and CRM software
•Coordinate materials, deliveries, and occasional on-site support
•Handle pickups, deliveries and light driving when needed
•Be a key bridge between the field team, shop, and office operations
•Take initiative to improve systems, organize information, and keep things moving
What We’re Looking For
•A highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter
•Tech-competent: confident with Gmail, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and learning new systems
•A clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
•Someone comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive locally (vehicle provided if needed)
•Interest in small business operations and a desire to grow into a long-term role
Why This Role Is Different
This is a high-touch, high-trust position with direct exposure to how a unique, design-forward business operates. You’ll have a hand in real projects, real client relationships, and real decision-making. For the right person, this can grow into a role in project management, operations, or leadership!
Compensation & Benefits
•$23–$25/hour depending on experience, with room for growth
•Full-time, year-round (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM)
•Paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) with company match
•On-the-job training and exposure to a range of skills and responsibilities
We believe our work is only as good as the people behind it. If you’re ready to grow with a company that values care, craft, and hustle—apply now.
Please include your name, contact info, and a brief summary of your background or resume.
