The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a readily available, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who supports the CEO with the highest integrity level in carrying out Alpha Ring's mission.
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO and is tasked with providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to take actions responsibly, communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities are carried out as directed by the CEO and include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Be available to CEO to provide assistance and address issues
- Coordinate actions and meetings with internal and external individuals in accordance to the CEO's needs
- Schedule meetings and events and manage calendars witch can be quite dynamic
- Screen phone calls, and emails and keep the CEO advised
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings as required
- Run errands as requested
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Act as the point of contact for the CEO as directed
- Handle requests and queries
- Handle travel plans for the CEO and coordinate with other colleagues as needed

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

- Current with the latest communication apps
- Experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or office manager
- Experience in interacting with high-profile clients and executives
- Documented excellence in verbal and written communications skills
- Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Bachelor of Science and Mandarin speaking would be a plus
TRAVEL: Infrequent overseas travel may be requested.
