We are forming a Business Transformation team to lead the successful implementation of a brand-new Oracle Fusion solution. This is your chance to join a dynamic group of professionals and focus on the people side of change that this ERP project requires. We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) on a term contract, for a minimum of twelve (12) months with the opportunity to be extended into a permanent position.

When you join our Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for providing professional support to members of the project in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You are an integral part of our project team and, as such, you are an enthusiastic team player and demonstrate maturity, confidence, and decision-making capability.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Provide day-to-day support to the ERP project team, including extensive calendar and time management, and respond to routine requests independently.
Oversee office activities including but not limited to, document creation and editing, scheduling and planning meetings, and team events where required (including full coordination of catering and other logistics).
Prepare and submit accurate expense reports for project leadership and provide support for invoicing, cost center budget development and tracking.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes.
Liaise with administrative professionals throughout the business to align priorities and share best practices.
Participate in regular meetings, training, professional development, and teambuilding activities.
Support a variety of projects ranging from small and straightforward to large and complex with potential for work outside normal business hours.

Launching your potential

The following experience will help you succeed in this role:

You have a college diploma, university degree in office Administration or Business or equivalent work experience.

You bring a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
You possess excellent general business sense, acquired through experience and ensure that all matters are handled effectively with diplomacy and the appropriate level of confidentiality.

Helpful, though not a prerequisite

The following experience is considered a valuable addition, though not a firm requirement:

Experience providing support to Senior Leadership or in a project environment is considered an asset.
