Join Siemens Energy - Grid Technologies - Digital Grid as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP). This global role will be based in our Orlando Florida facility and occasional travel may be required! In this key role within the Siemens Energy team, you will support the energy transition and help shape the future of grids!
How You’ll Make An Impact•Work closely with the SVP of Digital Grid, the Digital Grid leadership team, and local support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
•Professionally interact with senior-level internal and external stakeholders in support of the Executive’s and the organization’s objectives.
•Proactively manage calendars for leaders and their teams, including scheduling and prioritizing complex internal and external meetings across time zones.
•Coordinate and oversee complex regional and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries and quick problem resolution.
•Plan, manage, and execute logistics for team offsites, fairs, summits, and events, including large-scale gatherings.
•Prepare and edit various documents, including correspondence and presentations, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
•Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables.
•Improve team efficiency by solving problems, streamlining workflows, and anticipating needs.
•Uphold the highest level of discretion and judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
What You Bring
•High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a focus on business administration or related field.
•8+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or similar administrative role supporting senior-level executives.
•Highly responsive and capable of working flexibly across multiple time zones, independently and as part of a team.
•Calm and focused under pressure, with strong organizational skills and results focus to balance multiple projects, prioritize optimally, and meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Discreet and professional, able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
•Proactive problem-solver with an approach dedicated to anticipating needs and growing as a collaborative great teammate in dynamic business environments.
•Cross-cultural experience desirable, with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and other administrative tools and systems.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken) for confident communication with our national and international interfaces; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
•Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
