We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and represents the executive with professionalism.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, mail), ensuring timely responses or delegation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and/or physical) for easy retrieval of important documents.
- Track deadlines, key deliverables, and ensure the executive is prepared for all engagements.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal errands or tasks when required (optional based on role level).
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience accepted.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
