Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager, Executive Team, and the Board of Trustees, managing schedules, communications, and critical tasks that drive strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker, proactive problem-solver, and effective communicator with impeccable discretion.

- High School diploma or equivalent education.

- College level courses related to job performance, 3 to 5 years of work experience where responsibilities have increased progressively, and 3 years of electric cooperative employment are preferred.

- Familiarity with standard office procedures.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs.

- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
