Starting Salary Range: $72,000-$82,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
- Proactively manage a heavily scheduled executive’s calendar, resolve conflicts, anticipate meeting needs, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain an advanced system to prioritize emails, track deliverables, and align with key priorities.
- Lead coordination of various team activities and events, including event planning, communication, catering, identifying participants, etc.
- Draft emails, PowerPoint presentations, and business correspondence for senior leadership.
- Research, book, and coordinate weekly executive travel; submit and track expenses and sponsorships.
- Develop a deep understanding of the department’s role within MISO, anticipate trends, and provide recommendations on workflow efficiency.
- Experience supporting an, Executive Director, VP, or other executive level position
- Previous energy industry experience (preferred)
