Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Events Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role is critical to ensuring all projects, props, builds, and equipment are ready on time and executed with precision.

This is not a 9–5 position. Our event days can start as early as 4:00 AM and often don’t end until 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate is a team player, ready to lead, delegate, and get hands-on when needed.

Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory, as much of our warehouse and event crew is bilingual.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, staging, packing, and dispatching for events.

- Manage a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and contractors — ensuring deadlines are met.

- Keep all projects moving on schedule, even under pressure.

- Coordinate closely with the events team to ensure flawless load-ins and load-outs.

- Ensure the warehouse stays clean, organized, and efficient.

- Troubleshoot last-minute challenges and make quick decisions to keep projects on track.

- Work irregular hours — including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as events demand.

Requirements

- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)

- Proven warehouse, logistics, or event operations experience (2+ years preferred).

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure with multiple demanding deadlines.

- Flexible schedule: must be willing to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

- Must be physically capable of lifting, moving, and setting up event equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
