Job Summary
The Regional Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the business. This position plays a key role in supporting contractors, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and maintaining smooth communication between the company and its field teams. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Receive, sort, and verify contractor cash and load/pay sheets for accuracy and job completion.
- Input contractors pay information accurately into the company’s system.
- Provide excellent support to contractors by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing account balances when needed.
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, faxing, and record keeping.
- Serve as a liaison between company management and contractors to ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Deliver pay sheets and other documents to accounting; perform office errands as required.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining contractor relationships.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
- Experience: 2–5 years of administrative or office management experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
