Reports To: Sr ERP Business Contracts Manager
This role is responsible for the setup and management of all contracts within the ERP systems across all regions. Key responsibilities include analyzing estimates, planned hours, and pricing, as well as setting up and maintaining contract items to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Analyze project estimates and set up contracts to meet all SOX compliance requirements.
- Maintain all active contracts, including updates to existing contract items, creation of new items, and pricing adjustments.
- Manage and execute the contract closeout process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Provide support and collaboration across departments, including Estimating, Operations, ERP Support, and Regional Finance Managers.
- Coordinate regularly with Operations to ensure effective job management and accurate reporting.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall objectives of the position.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Associate degree or higher preferred; alternatively, a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the construction or utility industry.
