The Business Analyst is an individual contributor and reports to the Commercial Systems & Support Manager. The candidate should be able to work in a team environment and maintain a strong business partnering focus. Knowledge of RightAngle functional domain, implementation, and development processes is beneficial, as well as business knowledge with Accounting, Credit, Risk, Trading, or Scheduling. Experience with ServiceNow would also be beneficial but not required.
- Create and maintain master data including but not limited to User Access, Business Associates, Products, Locations, Price Curves, Transaction Types, Accounting Coding, Operating Calendars, Movement Plans and Logistics Deals in RightAngle
- Create and maintain numerous cross references that allow for the interfacing of data between systems including MDG, SAP, SalesForce, Kittyhawk, RFF and MPR
- Maintain and audit reference data in accordance with data governance and standardization procedures.
- Respond to ServiceNow requests in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Maintain system documentation as it pertains to RightAngle Master Data procedures
- Keep current with RightAngle trends and innovations for respective process areas or functional areas
- Provides day-to-day system support for business unit-specific systems, including troubleshooting issues
- Communicates to internal stakeholders and trains end-users on process enhancements
- Ensures business needs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
- Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Serves as business liaison for internal and external audits
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
