- Evaluate existing business processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Create business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Facilitate communication between IT and business teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Assist in project management tasks, overseeing the implementation of solutions and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are a plus.
