Requirements
•Valid Washington State driver’s license
•Ability to read and communicate in English
•Can regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
•Takes initiative to identify and complete duties efficiently, effectively and safely
•Ability to work 5-7 days per week, 8-12 hours per day (Schedule likely will be: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with 1 hour lunch. Monday to Friday)
•Demonstrates commitment to a safe and injury-free work environment
•Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and participate in our anti-drug program
•Preferences: Forklift experience/certified, Basic mechanical skills, Adept in Microsoft Office and other online programs, CDL, TWIC credentials

Specific Responsibilities and Duties
Support the Repair & Maintenance shop by:
•Picking up parts & supplies when necessary from vendors
•Completing minor maintenance on vehicles such as: oil changes, light bulbs, wipers, etc.
•Maintain parts storage areas
•Help mechanics when asked
Support industrial operations & jobsites by:
•Picking up parts & supplies when necessary from vendors and delivering
•Delivering parts and supplies needed from the shop to the jobsites
•Delivering/retrieving equipment
•Helping prepare for jobs by staging equipment and supplies
Help keep the vehicles and equipment clean, inside and out
•Clean vehicle cabs, toolboxes and truck beds after jobs
•Wash when necessary or requested
•Vacuum out when necessary
Help keep the vehicles & equipment supplied with parts & supplies as pre-determined
•Audit vehicles & equipment for parts & supplies upon return
•Re-stock vehicles & equipment
•Report discrepancies to Fleet Administrator
•Update vehicles with MVR registrations, DVIR books, Insurance cards, tabs, etc.
Help conduct periodic vehicle and equipment inspections
•Complete the inspection checklists on equipment & vehicles as directed
•Update vehicles with MVR registrations, DVIR books, Insurance cards, tabs, etc.
Receive incoming freight
•Put items away in their designated spots, within 24 hours when possible
•Re-stock the PPE shelves at least weekly
•Keep the PPE area neat, clean & maintain inventory
Organize and maintain supplies & parts in the BAI warehouses & outside areas including:
•Keep parts, supplies and tools organized and neat in warehouse/shops, connexes, covered storage areas, “Tile Yard” and surrounding outside areas
Organize, mark and maintain Guzzler/HXX/vacuum truck fittings & supplies
•Air filtration bags and filters
•Keep Guzzler and camlock fittings organized
Prepare parts & supply inventories by completing and recording counts
•Inventory counts on parts, supplies, tools, etc.
•Submit suggested orders for parts & supplies
Shop & warehouse housekeeping and safety audits, first aid kit inspections and/or emergency equipment inspections (fire extinguishers, hoses, spill kits, safety signs/stickers)
Follow up on safety and housekeeping inspection items
Data Entry
•Vehicle Inspection & Mileage reports
•Process and file paperwork
Support emergency work and work on jobsites when needed for tasks such as:
•Be prepared with basic PPE readily available
•Technician (pressure washing, nozzleman, hydroblasting, labor helper, etc.)
•Confined space safety attendant (hole watch)
•Vacuum truck operator; forklift operator
