Warehouse/Parts Assistant
NH Ross is a family-run business that is dedicated to giving customers the best service possible. Founded in 1971, NH Ross specializes in residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Gas Conversions, and Electrical.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse/Parts Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is essential to the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that parts and equipment are efficiently sourced, staged, and managed for our field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Source and obtain parts and equipment from local vendors and supply houses.
•
Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and inspect parts for accuracy and damage.
•
Stage equipment and materials for scheduled jobs in advance to support job readiness.
•
Conduct regular evaluations of service trucks for required maintenance and inventory levels.
•
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe environment
•
Communicate with service managers and technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
•
Utilize inventory software and other systems to log, track, and reorder parts as needed.
•
Support in occasional pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle.
Qualifications:
•
Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts.
•
Computer proficiency (Excel, inventory software, email, etc.).
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
•
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to warehousing.
•
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
