Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our HVAC operations. This role involves managing inventory, assisting with shipments, and ensuring that our field technicians have the necessary materials to perform their duties efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Track and maintain accurate inventory levels of HVAC parts and equipment

•

Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

•

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

•

Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

•

Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

•

Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.

•

Prepare and stage materials and equipment for HVAC technicians.

•

Assist in tracking and managing tools and equipment used by technicians.

•

Deliver materials to job sites as needed.

•

General maintenance of facilities

•

Other duties as assigned

Skills:

•

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

•

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.

•

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
