ADS ETI provides high quality flow monitoring and technical analysis to municipal and private clients throughout the United States and Canada.
Our team is looking to add two full-time Environmental Field Technician roles to our team in Richmond BC. A successful hire will join the local field team to assist with field service on municipal projects on a daily basis. Potential hires must be able to drive. This position requires a degree of physical fitness. Familiarity with power tools or previous construction experience preferred.
Weekly hours of 32-44 on average. Day shift, Monday - Thursday.
- Field Labour related to Flow Monitoring projects.
- Cleaning, organizing, mobilizing, and demobilizing equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Hold a valid Canadian drivers license and clean driving record.
- Travel throughout B.C. is required. Company vehicle provided during work hours.
- Work encompass indoor and outdoor tasks, in various weather conditions.
- Maintain professional conduct in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Potential for nights or weekend work.
- Working in manholes and confined spaces such as water reservoirs, storm, sanitary and combined sewer systems. First Aid and Confined Space Entry training will be provided by the employer.
Pre-Existing Certifications such as OFA Level 1 or CSE Certification preferred but not required.
Work hours are generally flexible and can be arranged with local crew as needed. Majority of field work will be done with either two to three person team.
