Entry Level Window Manufacturing Laborer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a glass manufacturing laborer. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow in the glass manufacturing industry. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the fabrication process of insulated glass units and monolithic glass.

Mon-Fri 8:00 Am - 4:30 Pm

(Overtime Mandatory as needed)

Responsibilities:

- Safely handle glass, which includes heavy material and 2-man lifting

- Properly utilize safe work practices and make use of P.P.E Provided

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisor

- Depending on position, other responsibilities come into play. We have a few positions open currently

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required, we will provide training

- Previous glass handling experience is a plus

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

- Comfortable working in hot and noisy conditions

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Physical dexterity and ability to lift and move heavy materials

- Attention to detail

- Reliable transportation

- Availability to work overtime as needed
