Entry Level Sales Representative (Base + Commission)

Overview:

We are hiring full-time sales representatives in Newark for an in-person role offering base pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses, with typical earnings of $1,200–$1,500+ per week.

In this role, you’ll meet directly with homeowners, educate them on renewable energy solutions, and guide them through a straightforward enrollment process. Paid training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enter sales or grow their earnings.

Qualifications:

What You’ll Do

- Generate your own leads and meet with customers in the Newark area

- Present energy solutions, build relationships, and close sales

- Manage your pipeline and track daily/weekly performance

- Work closely with leadership to develop skills and increase earnings

Requirements

- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM

- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (paid training provided)
