We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Training Developer. This role offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity from one of our office locations in Arkansas or Maine, OR remotely from Texas. Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise application trainings within determined training platforms, i.e. SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Absorb, PowerPoint or other presentation software
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials within designated training platform
- Develop and deliver training materials, assist in configuring and maintaining the platform, and provide support to end-users
- Develop interactive simulations, video tutorials, and documentation that align with organizational processes and workflows
- Ensure content is up to date and reflects any changes in enterprise systems or business processes
- Collaborate with technical teams or SAP support if necessary
- Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the designated training platform
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to training materials or platform configurations to enhance user experience and knowledge transfer
- Maintain accurate documentation of training materials, configurations, and support activities
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness, user feedback, and platform usage metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ year’s Experience in working in adult learning and training development- Experience in corporate training / education and/or adult learning principles
- SAP and/or Utilities experience is a plus
- Basic video editing skills, graphic design, web design skills
- MS Office skills
- Excellent command of American English with contemporary cultural nuances
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Work well both independently and in a team
