As a Senior SAP Technical resource, you will play a pivotal role in architect and implementing custom solutions/enhancements, that extend the functionality within SAP S/4 and Fiori. You will build solutions on top of standard SAP functionality to complete business requirements. This role requires good knowledge of SAP ABAP and Fiori, with the expectation to provide hands-on development, troubleshooting, and mentor to junior team members.
- Leads the software development life cycle. Works as part of dispersed project team collaboratively working with other teams to plan, coordinate and execute task assignments
- Recommends solutions with a deep understanding of distributed technologies that are a part of the ERP applications family.
- Advises clients for a holistic approach to solutions
- Provides direction to other individuals. Leads the team towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Is willing to learn and support newer technologies as the application/technology landscape evolves
- Experience in software development and a deep understanding of technology.
- For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
