How You’ll Make an Impact

- Design and deliver technical training programs tailored to transformer engineering teams.

- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars.

- Develop blended learning experiences using digital tools, peer learning, and hands-on activities.

- Collaborate with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs.

- Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

- Align learning initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of growth.

- Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials and resources.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Bachelor’s degree in related field with proven training experience.

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in training environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital training content creation tools like Storyline, Rise360, Synthesia, Camtasia etc..

- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery, utilizing a variety of learning methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.

- Ability to travel around 10% as needed.
