As Production Engineer, you will lead high-impact engineering initiatives that enhance well performance and operational reliability across multiple assets. You will apply deep technical expertise in completions, flow assurance, and mechanical integrity to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and influence production strategies that align with business goals. Your leadership will help shape a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
•Analyzes and implements production optimization strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and minimize operational costs
•Designs and troubleshoots artificial lift systems including ESPs, gas lift, rod pumps, and plunger lift to enhance production and reduce downtime
•Identifies and resolves inefficiencies in pipeline and facility operations to improve fluid flow and minimize pressure losses
•Conducts production modeling and performance analysis using industry software to drive system improvements and operational decisions
•Collaborates with field teams and engineers to streamline workflows, enhance asset reliability, and reduce non-productive time
•Writes detailed AFEs and wellwork procedures to support interventions, workovers, and artificial lift installations
•Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety
•Evaluates and integrates emerging technologies such as automation and digital monitoring tools to improve production performance
•Partners with reservoir engineers, facilities teams, and operations staff to align on production goals and execute optimization plans
•Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Engineer III
•Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
Engineer Sr
•Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
•Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
Other Requirements:
•Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
•Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
•Strong technical knowledge in completions, flow assurance, and mechanical integrity
•Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and team development
•Proficiency in engineering specialties covering more than one subject area
•Preferred: Project Management experience
