Rabbit Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, has produced over 200 million pounds of uranium concentrate since its inception. The uranium mined and milled at Rabbit Lake has been used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.

The Role

Reporting to the general supervisor, maintenance, in the maintenance engineering department, your knowledge of mechanical equipment and design will be relied upon to support surface operations in a mining/milling environment.

Safety Sensitive Site

Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan’s North (RSN).

The Rabbit Lake site is located in northern Saskatchewan and operates on a two week on/two week off rotational schedule. Employees commute to the site by aircraft from designated locations in Saskatchewan.
