ENMAX is hiring new
Electrical Engineering graduatesto join our Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Program beginning in September 2025. You will have the opportunity to customize your own experience by choosing work rotations throughout ENMAX business units.
This is an early career opportunity to launch your engineering career. You’ll build a solid foundation, grow your professional network, and contribute to meaningful work that makes an impact from day one.
What is the EIT Program?
Our rotational program gives you the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of ENMAX Power. You’ll work alongside industry experts and licensed Professional Engineers (P.Engs) on meaningful projects that drive our operations and support the communities we serve.

Engineer in Training Level A (Current CUPE 2025 rates)
$81,593.69 - $86,692.06 - $91,790.43 - $96,888.79 - $101,987.16
Compensation & Benefits
Location:
This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located in Calgary or surrounding area. You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
