Engineer/Estimator CNC

Seeking CNC Manufacturing Estimator / Engineer who can profitably turn raw materials into finished components for OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) serving industrial, medical, and military applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Estimate costs across CNC milling, turning, sheet metal, welding, plating, and finishing processes

· Collaborate with Sales and Management to develop competitive bids

· Review customer contracts, define lead times, and guide Production Planning

· Design efficient manufacturing sequences and maintain process documentation

· Lead Quality Assurance to meet customer specs, including FAI/AS9102 requirements

· Drive continuous improvement and manage equipment maintenance

· Integrate manufacturing processes with ERP and IT systems
